BazaarRadar does not sell your data to anyone. Your portfolio and watchlist data is stored only on your own device.

1. What data we collect

Currently BazaarRadar does not require account creation. The following data is handled: • Portfolio holdings and watchlist — stored in your browser's local storage (on your device only, never sent to our servers) • Telegram Chat ID — stored in your browser's local storage if you set up alerts • Stock search queries — sent to our server to fetch market data, not stored or logged • AI analysis requests — the stock symbol and market data are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis. No personal information is included.

2. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, financial account details, Aadhaar, PAN, or any personally identifiable information at this stage. We do not track your browsing history outside this platform. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

3. Third-party services

BazaarRadar uses the following third-party services: • Anthropic Claude API — AI analysis generation. Your stock queries are processed by Anthropic. See their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy • NSE India public API — market data (no personal data sent) • Yahoo Finance — historical price data (no personal data sent) • Vercel — hosting platform. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy • Telegram — if you connect alerts, messages are sent via Telegram's API

4. Local storage

Your portfolio, watchlist, Telegram Chat ID, and alert preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly trigger an action (like sending a Telegram alert). Clearing your browser data will erase this information.

5. Cookies

BazaarRadar currently uses only essential cookies required for the platform to function. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools.

6. Data security

All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Your API interactions are protected by an internal access key. We do not store API keys or sensitive credentials on the client side.

7. Children's privacy

BazaarRadar is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using this platform, please contact us.

8. Your rights

Since we do not collect personal data at this stage, there is no personal data to request, correct, or delete from our servers. Your local device data (portfolio, watchlist) can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or site data.

9. Changes to this policy

When we introduce user accounts and payments in future, this policy will be updated to reflect what data is collected and how it is used. We will update the "Last updated" date and notify users of significant changes.
